Here are some facts that you should know.  On January 1, 2018 I weighed 323lbs and have lost 47lbs in 50 days.  I continue to lose daily and feel outstanding each and every day.  I have lost inches around my waist and my face is getting more defined.  You can get the same results as I have working with Extremehealthconsultantllc which I own and have developed this awesome program that you can benefit from as well.  It all is done on the cycling bike with different movements that I have designed specifically for weight reduction and body toning for all parts of the entire body.

If you want to get to next level of performance as a person, young student athlete, high school athlete, collegiate athlete, or professional athlete.  I can definitely assist with your performance and endurance for sure.  If you are doing between 70 minutes and 100 minutes non stop cardio, you are on the right path for sure. Challenge yourself, separate from the crowd of competitors.  If your willing to work, I'm willing to help but it won't be easy.  I'm strictly about getting results and solving the problem, excuses are not in our vocabulary ever.

Physical results of indoor cycling with Extremehealthconsultantllc are as follows: 

1. Low Impact
Indoor cycling is a low-impact activity. People recovering from orthopedic injuries often participate in indoor cycling as part of the rehabilitation protocol.  If cycling is done correctly, there is minimal impact on the hip, knee, and ankle joints. A person, whether recovering from injury or not, avoids the pounding associated with other activities such as running.  

2. Muscular Endurance
Muscular endurance refers to the ability of a muscle to continually and repeatedly exert force over an extended period of time. When you are pedaling against resistance in indoor cycling you increase the endurance of the muscles in the legs to include the quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus, and the calf muscles. Working these muscles also helps to strengthen surrounding bones, tendons, and ligaments increasing overall strength so that activities of daily living can be performed with ease.

3. Stress Levels
We’ve all heard about the runner's high. An indoor cycling class can provide that same rush of adrenaline and a release of happy mood-inducing neurotransmitters known as endorphins. Endorphins tend to create feelings of euphoria, lower stress levels, and enhance the body's immune response.


4. Cardiovascular
ACSM recommends that healthy adults should get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. Exercise recommendations can be achieved through 30-60 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise (five days per week) or 20-60 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise (three days per week). An indoor cycling class can keep your heart rate well within a vigorous range for approximately 45-60 minutes. As with all continuous cardiovascular activity, an indoor cycling program can help lower the risk of coronary artery disease.

   REHABILITATION STRETCHING CYCLING CLASS:  

 10-15 MINUTES OF STRETCHING ON INDOOR CYCLING BIKE AT OUR STUDIO LOCATED AT PITTSBURGH MILLS MALL IN TARENTUM, PA. 15064.  Cost is only $5.00 for preventive maintenance to keep you improving flexibility and range of motion. As the body ages, muscles can become tighter and range of motion in the joints can be minimized. A lack of flexibility can cause movement to become slower and less fluid, making an individual more susceptible to muscle strains or other soft tissue injuries. This can put a damper on active lifestyles and even hinder day-to-day, normal motions. An increase in flexibility is accompanied by improved balance and coordination. So this rider finished 50 minutes of straight sprint class on 02/22/2018 and completed the class with no problems.  She has outstanding work ethics and continues to improve every time she returns.  Outstanding work ethics each and every day and is a great role model as well.

Amazing   Beginner class
Beginner Class-This rider finished the class of a beginner which was setting a goal for herself.  Her goal was achieved.
Body pump class with almost all sprints for 35 minutes.  This rider always goes above and beyond for working out.  Amazing work ethics for sure.   This rider also is the only person to complete the 70 minute boot camp class.  Outstanding job as you do each and every class.
